for your gatherings. You don’t even have to be a Knight!

The Family Home Association Inc. is a separate organization
from the Knights Of Columbus. The organization
owns, runs, and maintains the building and property including the hall,
the bar room, and business offices. Every
Knight of Council 4118 is automatically a member. They are welcome to
the meetings as a non-voting participant,
or they may volunteer their services for an afternoon, an evening or more
There are eighteen Directors, each elected to a three-year
term. Each January, six Director’s positions become
open for election. These Directors take active roles in planning future
upgrades, and working the events taking
place at the hall. These hard working men can be easily identified by
their KOC shirts and identifying badges.

Who’s Working This Month?
Each Month there are four Directors on duty to work
the hall. During that month, any function, be it a wedding
reception rental or a Council function, these men are the overseers of
the hall. They are the go-to-guys for all
hall-related questions letting people in for set-up and the actual event,
running the bar, and ensuring it is left
clean and ready for the next users. In January each year the Directors
“draw” for months to work. Below is their
planned schedule. Directors may fill in for each other when they are busy
that day so keep in mind that the listing
may not be exact, but there is always coverage. If you don’t have
time to be a Director you can put yourself on
the call list to fill in. (See below for a list of volunteers).
