Activities
Business meetings are held monthly, on the 3rd Monday, at 7:00 pm. The meeting lasts approximately one hour including a reading of the Rosary for the sick & distressed. The evening is an excellent opportunity for cornerstones of Charity, Fraternity, Unity, and Patriotism. We have Food Drive and Pennies From Heaven collections as well as a 50/50 drawing and a building attendance prize. After the meeting we typically have a "Dutch" lunch by some of the best darn cooks North, South, East, and West of the Pecos!
Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year. Among these activities are: Membership Party, Fraternal Benefits Night, Free-Throw Contests, Religious Poster Contests, Corporate Communions, Flag Rising at Resurrection Cemetery, Pro-Life Support, Steak Fry’s, Nuns and Priests Appreciation Dinners, Family Picnic, Tootsie Roll Drive for the Mentally Handicapped, Grand Knight’s Christmas Party, Children’s Christmas Party, New Years' Eve Dance, and many more.

Our events are much more successful and rewarding if you plan them into your schedule early, not just try to fit them in last minute. Please participate as much as you can. You ARE a Knight. You ARE invited. Join us in the fight for a better world.
